Janet Clements - President & Founder of OneWater Econ
Janet Clements, President and Founder of One Water Econ, has 20 years of experience in water and natural resources economics, planning, and consulting. She conducts benefit-cost, triple-bottom line, and economic impact analyses of water-related policies and programs. Her areas of expertise include integrated water resource management, green infrastructure and stormwater policy, and affordability of water and wastewater services.
Issam Najm, PhD - President & Founder of Water Quality & Treatment Solutions, Inc
Dr. Issam Najm specializes in the evaluation of water treatment technologies and their applications for specific water quality goals. He has worked on countless projects related to the evaluation of water treatment technologies, including ozone applications at surface water treatment plants, arsenic and chromium removal from contaminated groundwater, destruction of algal toxins and taste-and-odor chemicals, control of manganese in surface water treatment plants, troubleshooting of media filter performance, control of disinfection by-products and evaluation of corrosion control strategies for distribution systems.
David Clark - Plant Manager at Phibro-Tech, Inc.
David Clark has overseen the plants recycling residuals at Phibro-Tech for the past 12 years and has extensive experience handling hazardous waste and extracting precious metals. With a Masters degree in operations management alongside a plastics engineering degree, he has overseen the growth and efficient development of plant sites under PhibroTech’s umbrella.
Susan Allen, Ed.D - Member Services Director, CalMutuals
Susan plays a central role in supporting the development and implementation of the CalMutuals; mission, goals, and policies and oversees the implementation of all member programming and services. Her work benefits almost 400 water supply utilities in California. Susan brings significant expertise in management, with 30 years of experience as an executive senior administrator in higher education. Susan has served as a consultant and training specialist for a variety of organizations, including water industry organizations in California.
Ria Banerjee - Founder and CEO of We Think Global

Tim Worley, PhD - Managing Director of the Community Water Systems Alliance
Nearly thirty years in leadership roles in nonprofits and water utilities have earned Dr. Worley a history of success in administrative and operational management, communications, legislative and regulatory advocacy, policy analysis, and developing and executing strategies for revenue growth and obtaining grant funding. He has spent the last decade at senior levels of a leading water professional association, developing business plans to meet board strategic goals, driving best practices, establishing new services and offerings and managing financials and operations.
