CWSA members see the injustice of laws and rules that cannot be met by low- and moderate income communities. Our members are motivated to act for positive change, and CWSA fills a crucial niche. We are:
- Small water providers and moderate income cities standing up for their residents’ interests.
- Large and regional water agencies that support the concept of “large helping small” to benefit all.
CWSA includes water agencies serving fewer than 4,000 residents, as well as regional agencies that manage vast groundwater basins and cover almost 5,000 square miles, or benefit 43 urban cities.
Members spread from the Coachella Valley to the San Joaquin Valley, and from Orange County to Santa Cruz County.
