The Community Water Systems Alliance supports the work of our member agencies throughout the state serving disadvantaged communities and securing safe and affordable drinking water for residents.
In October 2022, CWSA hosted a tour highlighting successful, regional collaborations of large systems helping small water systems in the desert communities of Southern California.
The tour brought together State Water Resources Control Board Member Laurel Firestone and members of the Alliance in candid discussions about the impact that State Water Board policies can have on agencies of varying sizes across the state.
